Top 5 Navigation and Maps Apps on Android in Uruguay Q4 2023

During the fourth quarter of 2023, the top navigation and maps applications on the Android platform in Uruguay showed varied performance in terms of downloads and active user trends. Here are the highlights:

Waze Navigation & Live Traffic saw a consistent increase in downloads, starting at approximately 2.6K in late September and reaching nearly 4K by the last week of December. Weekly active users also showed a positive trend, growing from around 39.9K to 42.3K over the same period.

Google Earth experienced a gradual decline in downloads, starting with 650 in late September and dropping to 407 by the end of December. The app's weekly active users also saw a decrease, from 6.3K to about 5.3K.

GPS Earth Maps Live Navigation showed fluctuating download numbers, peaking at 743 in late October and falling to 236 by the end of December. Weekly active users followed a similar pattern, with a peak of 2K in late October and ending the quarter at approximately 1.6K.

Google Maps maintained relatively stable download numbers throughout the quarter, ranging from 229 to 311. Weekly active users remained steady as well, fluctuating slightly around the 10K mark.

Live Earth Map: Street View 3D saw a significant spike in downloads in early December, reaching 553, but ended the quarter with 304. The app's weekly active users also increased substantially in early December to 539, before settling at 321 by the end of the quarter.
